Casa del Conde was designed by Hutton Wilkinson as a guest house on the fabled "Dawnridge Estate" in Beverly Hills, California. Wilkinson created the courtyard entrance with its elliptical pool as an entrance hall and treats it as such when people first arrive on the property. The décor is a mix of Continental antiques and Asian art. The boiserie in the dining room is 18th century French.
